The rules of the OnlineApprovalShop service, the responsibilities of the parties, and applicable limitations.
These terms establish the legal framework for accessing and using the OnlineApprovalShop platform, designed for digitizing procurement flows and internal approvals within large companies.
By creating an account and using the services, the user expressly and unconditionally accepts the terms presented below. Any use contrary to these is prohibited.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and to update the data whenever changes occur.
It is forbidden to use the platform for illegal, fraudulent activities or those that violate the rights of third parties. The user is responsible for all actions carried out through their account.
OnlineApprovalShop undertakes to ensure the continuous operation of the platform, except during scheduled maintenance periods or cases of force majeure.
The provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or temporarily interrupt services for technical updates, without being liable for any indirect damages.
The availability level is 99.5% per calendar month, excluding interruptions caused by third parties or user actions.

OnlineApprovalShop is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the platform, configuration errors, or data loss caused by the user.
Under no circumstances shall the total liability of the provider exceed the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.
The user may request the deletion of their account at any time, provided all outstanding obligations are settled. The provider may suspend or terminate access in the event of a serious breach of the terms.
After termination, the user's data will be retained according to the privacy policy and then deleted within 90 days, except for data required for legal obligations.
OnlineApprovalShop may update these terms at any time, notifying users at least 30 days in advance by email or through the platform.
Continued use after the modifications come into effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Otherwise, the user has the right to discontinue the service.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, by the competent courts in Bucharest.
